How to Prepare for Your Consultation
- Bring all previous medical reports — echo (echocardiogram), ECG, angiogram, CT/MRI cardiac if available
- For paediatric cases: bring the baby's birth records, previous hospital discharge summaries, and any catheterisation reports
- List all current medications including blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) and dosages
- For second opinions: bring the proposed surgical plan or operation note if previously operated
- Bring insurance card, Ayushman Bharat card, or CGHS/ECHS card for pre-authorisation on the day
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time for registration
- For telemedicine: email all documents to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled call
- For emergency referrals: call ahead — our CTVS team will prepare for your arrival
